Answers to all queries will be given within 48 hours.
Reservations and Payments Upon enquiry, Inspired Gourmet will provisionally guarantee a place on one of our courses or events and will reserve this place for 10 working days. Upon receipt of the booking form and full payment of the course fee for cookery course bookings or deposit amount for event bookings, a confirmation of the booking of a delegate place on an Inspired Gourmet course or the event booking will be made. For payment of the course fee accept Paypal account payments, credit cards, cheques made out to “Inspired Gourmet” and BACS transfers.
Changes to Course Bookings
If you wish to change your booking to a different course date or event date, we are fairly flexible if it is more than 4 weeks prior to your original course or event booking date. If you are undecided on a course to attend, we will issue you a credit voucher and allow you to choose a course at a later date.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation more than four weeks prior to your course date, you must do so in writing by either e-mail or post. A standard cancellation fee of the deposit amount for events or £15.00 for cookery course bookings will apply and we will refund the balance of your cookery course fee or event fee should it have been paid in full. The cancellation fee is to cover our administration of your booking and the refund of your balance.
If you cancel within the four week period prior to the start of your course, you will be responsible for the full payment of the course or event fee.
Customers and clients are advised to take out their own cancellation insurance should they be concerned about needing to cancel for any reason.
We reserve the right to make any changes to our course materials and course dates, where necessary, at our discretion. All enrolled students will be notified immediately of any changes.
Terminations
We reserve the right to terminate the training of any student or corporate event without reimbursement of fees or deposit amount if the student or client is found to be disruptive to other students and/or the instructors or is found to behave unlawfully in any way prior to or during the course.
Unfortunately, if you or we are forced to terminate your attendance during the course or event, your course fees will not be refunded to you.
Privacy Policy
Inspired Gourmet Ltd and Mountain Chefs Ltd are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Inspired Gourmet Ltd and Mountain Chefs Ltd are customers themselves of other Internet sites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet.
Inspired Gourmet and Mountain Chefs Ltd do not store and will never store your financial details including your bank account details, credit card number or debit card number.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from our website, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone we may update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post & telephone but you will have the option to opt-out of receiving communications from us by simply clicking on the link provided.
Health & Safety
Excessive drinking and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted.
We expect you to report and pay for any careless damages and breakages to Inspired Gourmet equipment where appropriate.
During the course, we advise you to wear lightweight clothing and ensure that long hair is tied back. We advise you to wear non-slip shoes and to ensure your toes are covered.
Please advise us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or food allergies you have.
Personal Property
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal property. Neither do we accept liability for personal injury except as imposed by statute.
