Students begin their evening course with music, a glass of sparkling wine and a few tantalising canapes. The Inspired Gourmet Head Chef then demonstrates a three course menu of complimentary dishes designed to impress and easy to replicate at home. Together, all students create three courses to be shared at the end of the evening accompanied by fine wine and lively culinary discussions.
This course will focus on dinner party timings, techniques for pre-preparation of dishes prior to entertaining, the use of natural ingredients and flavours, dish presentation techniques and shortcuts for easy and impressive entertaining.
Attend the evening with a friend or partner, or come on your own to enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere.

Together, all students create a feast of mouth watering courses to be shared at the end of the evening accompanied by fine wine and lively culinary discussions.
Our Gourmet Dinner Party courses usually held on a Friday or Saturday evening, but other dates are available.
The gift voucher recipient can choose any course date that suits their schedule.
All cookery courses are hands-on. Vouchers valid for one calendar year from date of purchase and redeemed through our on-line shop.
Guest Dining
When you attend your next cookery course, we are now offering for you to invite a dinner guest to dine with you to enjoy your culinary efforts. The guest price is £35.00. On the day / evening of your course, your guest will be invited to dine with you on the delicious meal you’ve prepared during your cookery lesson.
Please ensure you mention the course date you will be attending in the “other information” field when making the booking.
