Further your culinary skills in a class designed to teach you some delicious winter dishes for your family and friends to enjoy. Dishes to include the use of warm flavours and slow cooking techniques. Focus on modern presentation of traditional dishes.

This course will cover:-
- Knife handling techniques including chopping, dicing, slicing, julienne and shredding
- Food preparation techniques using all prepared ingredients
- The creation of up to five different dishes throughout the day
- Food seasoning with natural flavours and ingredients
- Dish presentation techniques

The day starts off with coffee and biscuits and includes knife handling, butchery and food preparation discussions and demonstrations, recipe cards, a light late-morning snack and a gourmet mid-afternoon three course lunch with wine all for £135.00 per person.
