The Thai Cookery Day Course
With our resident Thai Chef, John Fernandez, learn the art of Thai cookery – using the season’s fresh ingredients. Thai cuisine is well known for being delicious, beautiful and healthy – perfect for serving to your friends and family.
This course provides an introduction to Thai ingredients, paste making and then follows on to teach you how to prepare and cook some of the most famous and delicious signature Thai dishes.
