The Italian Cookery Evening Course
Discover the flavours of Italy and how to produce traditional Italian dishes that celebrate and use seasonal produce. We will spend the evening teaching you delicious flavourful dishes using easy-to-follow recipes and simple techniques to create beautiful results.
Dishes are traditional Italian coming from the different culinary regions of the country. You will spend the evening cooking three different dishes - a starter, main course and dessert.
Our menu always changing to follow the seasons. We will announce the menu 3 days before the course so please ring then if you would like to confirm the dishes.
As always, this course includes professional chef instruction from qualified British Head Chefs, knife skills instruction, Italian cookery information and instruction, hands-on cookery of up to three dishes and plate presentation skills.
