The Fish and Shellfish Evening Course
A must for all fish lovers, or for those who find using fresh fish daunting.
Join us for an evening to discover the techniques of fish preparation, cooking and sauces.
This course provides an introduction into basic fishmongery, gourmet fish cooking and product knowledge.
Starting at 6.30pm you will be welcomed with a glass of wine then prepare, cook and enjoy a 3 gourmet course meal with and using fresh fish and shellfish for £58.00 per person.
Dishes prepared will be dependent on availability of product on the day.

- Scaling
- Boning and gutting
- Filleting
- Preparing
- Working with shellfish
