The Designer Cupcake Course
This course is specially designed to teach you the wonderful art of both cooking and decorating the most exquisite Cupcakes. Cupcakes are simple and easy creations however with some creative flair and a few basic skills you can turn bare buns into luxurious works of art.
Specific skills to be taught on this course are:
- Baking Cupcakes using a variety of flavours.
- How to make the perfect butter cream to ice your Cupcakes for perfect results every time including colorings and flavours.
- Basic piping bag skills using a range of nozzles to create wonderful designs and finishes including the fabulous butter cream rose.
- Using sugar paste to create Cupcake toppers with cutters, presses and hand-made flowers
- An introduction to moulds and luster dust and techniques to create perfect Cupcake toppers with minimum effort
Everything to need to achieve the perfect Cupcakes is included in this course.
*You also have the opportunity to purchase a starter kit which contains the basic tools you will use on this course so that you can further your skills and techniques at home.
