Divine Desserts Evening Course
Divine Desserts is completely devoted to the art of creating beautiful and delicious desserts and patisserie. The evening course focuses on the preparation of three gourmet desserts and will include working with pastry, sugar and/or chocolate work and the use of seasonal ingredients.
This course will cover:-
- Knife handling techniques
- Precision dessert preparation techniques using all prepared ingredients
- The creation of up to three different gourmet desserts
- The use of natural flavours and ingredients
- Dish presentation techniques
The evening starts off with coffee/tea or a glass of wine and includes knife handling, food preparation discussions and demonstrations, recipe cards, and a gourmet evening dinner with wine all for £58.00 per person. And there will be plenty of delicious desserts to take home to share with family and friends.
