Classic French Cookery Evening Course
On this course we will explore the traditional style of cooking that is the basis for all of today’s fine cuisine.
You will be taught how to create the dishes that have become modern classics. It is a full hands-on experience and will involve in creating a full 3 course dinner.
We will help you gain confidence in your own skills and arm you with a repertoire to reproduce dishes at home for friends and family, by teaching you delicious flavorful dishes using easy-to-follow recipes and simple techniques to create beautiful results.
This course will cover:-
- Knife handling techniques
- Precision preparation techniques using all prepared ingredients
- The creation of up to three different dishes
- The use of natural flavours and ingredients
- Dish presentation techniques

Mille feuille blueberries
Rillette de canard
The evening starts off with coffee/tea or a glass of wine and includes knife handling, food preparation discussions and demonstrations, recipe cards, and a gourmet evening dinner with wine all for £58.00 per person. And there will be plenty of delicious dishes to take home to share with family and friends.
